Aria Negron, a South Florida native, always had a passion for the water. Her journey in the pool industry began with a job as a lifeguard for Jeff Ellis and Broward County Parks and Recreation. Aria quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a lead lifeguard and eventually transitioning into management. During this time, she gained invaluable hands-on experience in maintaining and cleaning pools. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Aria relocated to Palm Beach to be closer to her family, who had just purchased a home with a pool. It wasn’t long before she noticed a recurring problem: despite hiring several pool companies, her family struggled to find one that could consistently maintain the pool, deliver quality customer service, and simply show up on time. Seeing this gap in the market and armed with her expertise, Aria decided to take matters into her own hands. She founded Pool Babes, a company dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality, and family-friendly pool cleaning services. Her vision went beyond just cleaning pools—she wanted to create a company that fostered a vibrant and positive atmosphere where young adults, particularly former lifeguards, could enjoy meaningful work outdoors by the water. Today, Pool Babes offers one-time, biweekly, and weekly pool cleaning services to residents throughout South Florida. Known for their dependability and friendly approach, Pool Babes has quickly become the region's preferred pool care provider, redefining what it means to deliver exceptional service in the pool industry.
