To return any product(s), it must be in the original condition and packaging. To return product(s), contact customer service to get a return authorization (RA) number and ship-to information. Then securely pack your product(s) in the original packaging and send via prepaid insured FedEx to the address provided to you by our customer service department. Charges for shipping returned products back are the customer's responsibility. Orders returned without RA numbers will result in your credit being delayed or denied.
